Our Offices
- Established in central London in the early 1900′s, we opened a second office in central Bristol in 1987. The Bristol Office is within easy commuting distance of the UK Intellectual Property Office in Newport
- Both Offices offer Patent, Trade Mark and Design services. Our Records and Renewal section and our Accounts Department are housed in our Bristol Office
Our People
- We have over 50 employees and seven Partners
- We have a full complement of qualified Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys drawn from private practice and industry with broad commercial experience across all aspects of Intellectual Property law
- We operate a primary and secondary contact structure for all clients to ensure continuity of service, supplemented by a comprehensive record system which forms an integral part of our shared knowledge approach
- Client care and the role of Intellectual Property in the successful business model are key aspects of our staff training programs to ensure efficient, commercially relevant advice

- We act directly before the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO), a number of other national offices, the CTM Office (OHIM) the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO)
- We have access to a worldwide network of experienced and trusted overseas attorneys, selected on the basis of our Service Quality Review Guidelines
- We have close reciprocal relations with a number of commercial and litigation lawyers in London, Bristol and other major cities of the UK
Costs
- We strive to supply a quality service at reasonable and sustainable costs
- To protect clients, we do not reward staff on the basis of individual billing
- We have invested in specifically designed software to reduce costs to clients using our online services
