Dave works in our Trade Mark Formalities Section based in Bristol. He joined the Firm in 2003 and passed the ITMA Trade Mark Administrators exam in 2006.

Dave provides para-legal support and assistance to our team of Trade Mark Attorneys handling trade mark filing, prosecution and enforcement on a worldwide basis.  Dave provides a full case management service and has in depth knowledge of the Inprotec and Anaqua IP management software which forms an integral part of the Firm’s suite of support systems.

Dave’s particular skills make him a key member of our due diligence and portfolio integration team.  He is also instrumental in the development and adaptation of our systems and procedures to meet the individual service requirements of particular clients.
