Dave’s experience of trade marks stretches back to 1988 when he joined the Patent Office and subsequently spent six years there as an Examiner. Dave joined the firm’s Bristol office in 1998, where he is engaged in a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters. He qualified as a trade mark attorney in 2002 and has considerable experience in managing the global brand portfolios of some of the firm’s largest clients including in the human foodstuffs, building materials and tobacco sectors. Dave has particular knowledge and experience in handling domain name disputes.
