Mark has over a decade of experience in intellectual property.  Before joining SH&P he spent 7 years at the UK Intellectual Property Office first as a Tribunal Section Case Work Examiner and then as a Senior Trade Marks Examiner, specialising in the Nice Classification system.  Whilst at the UK IPO Mark graduated from the University of Glamorgan with a Law Degree.  He currently files and prosecutes in the UK and around the world.  Mark’s experience includes acting for clients in the tobacco and drinks sectors as well as for computer software and fashion industry clients.
