We have a large trade mark practice staffed by a team of full time trade mark professionals assisted by paralegals and support staff.

We offer Trade Mark and Brand Rights services in all countries of the world.

We act directly before the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO), the Community Trade Mark Office (OHIM) and the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) for the international registration of marks.

We work with a network of trusted overseas attorneys with local knowledge and experience to provide a truly global service.

We have a dedicated Record and Renewal section providing trade mark maintenance services around the world. Clients can access their records via a secure online link and use our Online UK & European Community Renewals Service to substantially reduce their renewal costs.
