The Department is staffed by a team of experienced full time trade mark professionals assisted by a number of paralegals and support staff. We act directly before the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO), the Community Trade Marks Office (OHIM) and the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO).

Our clients have a wide array of interests and vary in size from sole traders through to multinationals conducting global business. With many clients active on a worldwide basis we have extensive experience in handling a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious trade mark work in all jurisdictions.

We are also experienced in all aspects of registered and unregistered design law and related copyright matters. We act directly before the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO) and the Community Design Office (OHIM).
