Grażyna graduated in Law from the University Panthéon-Assas Paris II and further pursued the study of IP at post-graduate level at the University of Nantes. Before joining SH&P in 2006, Grazyna trained in IP litigation in France and worked in the litigation department of a leading UK City law firm. Grażyna qualified as a trade mark attorney in 2010. Grażyna is involved in the worldwide brand management of a variety of the firm’s clients ranging from SMEs to the firm’s largest clients and has experience in industry sectors including publishing, footwear, cosmetics, fashion, travel services, electrical equipment, herbal remedies and human foodstuffs. She is engaged daily in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious trade mark work, including searching, filing and prosecuting applications at national, International and EU level, opposition, invalidation, revocation and infringement work, drafting of contracts and negotiations. She is fluent in French and Polish.
