Before joining the firm’s trade marks department in Bristol in 2000, Jon was a senior Examiner at the UK Patent Office where he was part of the Trade Mark Registry’s Search and Advisory Service team. Jon is responsible for key aspects of some of the firm’s most important clients and he has particular knowledge of and experience in the tobacco and travel industries. Jon has special knowledge of customs and counterfeiting issues, and has developed an expertise in the registration of three-dimensional marks.
