Before joining the firm in 2007, Mark was a senior Examiner at the UK Intellectual Property Office specialising in the Nice Classification System. Prior to this he was a Case Work Examiner in the Tribunal Section dealing with inter-partes proceedings. During Mark’s time with the Intellectual Property Office he gained a law degree at the University of Glamorgan. Mark handles filings, prosecution and enforcement of trade marks in the UK and overseas.
