Our Department
 We have a large trade mark practice and currently manage over 40,000 live trade marks worldwide. Client portfolios range from a single mark up to many thousands worldwide all centrally managed through SH&P
Our Trade Mark Department is staffed by 12 full time trade mark professionals assisted by a number of para-legals and support staff
We act directly before the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO), a number of other national offices, the CTM Office (OHIM) the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO)
Our clients have a wide range of interests and range in size from sole traders through to multinationals with global interests
With many clients active on a global basis we have extensive experience in handling a wide range of contentious and non contentious trade mark work worldwide
We pride ourselves on our Trade Mark Record and Renewal systems managed by a dedicated team of highly motivated individuals. This team manages our online services which include client access to their IP records via our MySH&P secure on-line link, and our online renewals service designed to reduce renewal costs
