Stevens Hewlett & Perkins has a large trade mark practice. We manage in excess of 30,000 live trade mark cases for our clients. Some of our clients have portfolios of thousands of marks, all of which we maintain.

At any given time we have clients’ trade mark applications pending in virtually every jurisdiction in the world. Consequently, our trade mark attorneys have extensive experience in handling a wide range of contentious and non-contentious trade mark work worldwide.

  Applying for and obtaining registrations in the UK, at the European Community’s Trade Marks Office (“OHIM”) and overseas.
