Terry’s experience of trade marks began in 1998 when he joined a patent and trade mark practice in Bristol. He subsequently moved to industry, working in Allied Domecq Plc’s Trade Marks Department where he was part of the in-house team responsible for the protection and management of that company’s worldwide portfolio of wine and spirit brands. Terry joined the Bristol office of Stevens Hewlett & Perkins in 2000.

Terry provides para-legal support and assistance to our team of Trade Mark Attorneys handling trade mark filing, prosecution and enforcement on a worldwide basis.  Terry provides a full case management service and has in depth knowledge of the Inprotec and Anaqua IP management software which forms an integral part of the Firm’s suite of support systems.
