LLB (Hons) MCITMA, CTMA, RTMA
Rose began her career in intellectual property in 2019, initially working in the patent field before transitioning into trade marks. She joined the trade mark team at SH&P in 2021 and qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2024.
Her work encompasses a broad range of contentious and non‑contentious trade mark matters, including worldwide trade mark searching, filing and prosecution, portfolio management, and oppositions. Rose is involved in handling trade mark matters for several of the firm’s largest clients and has experience advising across a range of industries, including fashion, finance, and tobacco. She also advises on registered design matters, including enforcement and other contentious issues.
Outside of work, Rose enjoys keeping fit at the gym, is an avid reader, and is currently attempting to teach herself piano and French (‘attempt’ being the operative word).
