Our company has worked with Stephens Hewlett & Perkins for several years on patents for our product “Guardian”. The specific partner dealing with all our applications has been Sarah Perkins. We have always found Sarah’s work on the patents of the highest standard regardless of which geographical area of the world she was dealing with, however Sarah has often gone above and beyond our expectations in her advice on the practicalities of actions to be taken to protect the patents. Furthermore she has been unstinting in her time and advice on making sure we understood the importance of being first to market in the fledgling years of our company when there seem to be so many things to do and we were unsure of the order which best suited our company structure. We will continue to leave our portfolio of patents in the safe hands of SH&P and Sarah in particular where we can rest assured reminders of renewal or further actions will be advised to us in good time.
